Storage Space is a well maintained facility consisting of 55,850 NRSF among 587 Non-Climate drive up units. There are 13 singlestory buildings built in 1996, 1998, 2000, and 2017 situated on 23.40 acres with plenty of room for expansion. The facility features secure gated access, an on-site office and hardware shop, strong road visibility, and state of the art wireless security cameras throughout the facility. This facility is the largest propane retailer in Little Rock, and has a 35k gallon propane tank located on the southern portion of the property, and a 1k gallon tank with a fill up station located on the northern end. We are adding an additional 20,000 NRSF of climate control and 40,000 SF of covered parking to the property. We acquired the asset with an investment partner in June 2023.
