Rosewood is a fully automated facility with brand new gravel, large pole sign, security fence, cameras, and an automated gate. The facility was constructed in 1994 with 41 climate-control units (38%) and 68 non-climate controlled (62%). The facility is located in the Beaumont MSA on I-10 Highway, which sees ~55K vehicles per day. We acquired the asset in April 2022.
